My wife and I are both textile engineers specializing in textile chemistry, with over 30 years of experience in wet processing—including bleaching, dyeing, finishing, and coating—across Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the USA.

We have now established our own yarn dyeing facility in Plainville Connecticut, focusing on wool and other natural fibers such as wool, cotton, silk, bamboo, linen, and their blends.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with cabinet and spray dyeing machines, allowing us to process both loose fiber and yarn using synthetic dyes from Archroma, Dystar, and Standard Dyes, as well as natural dyes from Stoney Creek Colors, including natural indigo, madder, black walnut, and cochineal. We specialize in both solid shades and variegated (hand-dyed effect) multi-colors.

Production Capacity:

• Skein/Hank Making: 300-400 lbs per day, primarily in 100-gram skeins (custom sizes available).
• Dyeing:
o Small machine capacity: 10-25 lbs per batch
o Large machine capacity: 45-65 lbs per batch
o Total processing capacity: 150-200 lbs per day (800-1000 lbs per week), with the ability to scale up as needed.
o For fiber (loose fiber) or roving dyeing, we use perforated bags to maintain fiber integrity.
• Skein Twisting & Packing: We offer skein twisting and can pack yarn in poly bags per your specifications.
• Back Winding to Cones: Our high-quality back-winding machines ensure precise winding for consistency.
• Labeling & Packaging: We can manage labeling, tagging, and packaging per your requirements. You may provide tags and poly bags, or we can source them for you at an additional cost.
Pricing & Shade Matching:
• Pricing is determined after lab shade matching. Please provide a lab dip for reference, and we will calculate exact costs.
• We offer flat rates for specific color mixes, including fiber/yarn washing, bleaching, dyeing (light, medium, dark, extra dark, fluorescent, and special effects).
