Cold Goats is a small, family-owned farm nestled in the scenic Connecticut River Valley. We are a cottage industry working with and supporting other local farmers to preserve New England rural farmland and lifestyle. We raise Angora goats and a variety of sheep breeds in a natural, stress free environment. They are pasture and grain fed without hormones, additives, or antibiotics.

We produce award-winning fleeces and yarns for spinning and fiber artisans, lambs, luxurious pelts, and Connecticut blankets. With a passion for promoting sustainable agriculture and protecting our environment, we strive to connect people with their Connecticut agricultural roots.
